I found an interesting case of TCNT while playing with the newly written Matlab code...

They are like puncturing a hole through an octahedral fullerene...

Unlike the TCNTs we constructed before, this one is obtained by extending the edges of one Schwartz-H graphenoid unit cell. In other hand, it can be realized as retracting three nonadjacent "arms" of the normal type D_{6h} TCNT 'till twelve pairs of 5/7-gons meet and merge into six pairs of 4/8-gons...

T240 & C140


The aspect ratio of T240 (12mm) in previous post seems to be too large. My scanner probably has some problem to generate correct aspect ratio for large objects. So I just manually adjust it with the Illustrator.
